I removed my intercoolers to service them and went to my local Cummins dealership to purchase 4 of # 4019975 O Ring seals*
Their cost was $42.60 each or $170.40 CAD plus tax for four of them.
After picking myself up from the floor I went to a local business that specializes in seals and O Rings* and purchased the exact same item for $9.69 each* or $38.76 CAD
Description is* 4.875 x .210 VITON 75 DURO O-Ring (BLACK)
I saved $130 and supported a local business as well

Hi Stan,
There are 2 different sizes of "O" ring used in the various aftercoolers installed on these engines. As long as you got the correct size for your engine, ensured that they are compatible with saltwater and oily substances, you should be good to go.
Don't forget to grease up everything as per the instructions on sbmar.com and pressure test your assembly before "trusting' that all is well.
I did the same thing. I sent the company a brand new "Cummins" o ring and they sent me the exact match.
$42 for an o ring is crazy.

That's almost as much as Volvo replacement parts.
