since you're in the PNW a few things to consider, first is how many bunks do you need? how many heads? since you said family I will assume you have children, so you most likely need a couple of heads, at least two sleeping areas. There are several boats that would work, most are over 40ft.. The big issue is moorage for a boat that size. My suggestion is to find moorage and then find a boat that fits... Good luck
