Another new member

I have been visting this site off and on again for years. It is a great site and I am glad to finally take the plunge to be an offical member

About us:
We are located in Melbourne Beach, FL (central east coast of FL)
Currently we have a 23' center console but have been toying with the idea of a trawler. We have bareboat chartered several times and look forward to the day we pull the trigger and get our own.

Welcome aboard.
Don't be shy to ask a question, you'll get loads of advice born from others experiences.
We all had to start somewhere, you don't need to be a millionaire.
My first boat was a 9 foot ply wood dinghy, that had sank ! !

Welcome! Grew up in Rockledge and have family on Melbourne Beach. Great little beach town but unless you enjoy the ICW, boating is somewhat of a bore unless you are into cruising or fishing. Used to keep a 25' Wellcraft near Dragon Point.

Yes we feel lucky, have lived at our current house on the ICW for 20 plus years and never have lost sight of what we have and where we are at. The Melbourne area is a terrific area to live in, not too big or too small.
