Hauspipes for 38lrc

Hi all,

We're in need of replacing at least 2 of our hauspipes. The PO replaced the ones in the bow with stainless that didn't fit properly so they added some filler goop to make (a mess) it fit. We have no idea if they altered the hole size. One other aft one is chipped pretty badly but hanging in there.
Anyone have ideas on where to find something that might fit? The problem seems to be the thickness of the hull compared to the size of the hole.
Jack (Captn) is checking out Algonquin on recommendation from a guy at the boat show yesterday. We've also looked in shops selling used parts.
Oh so slowly we're getting her in shape while trying not to lose cruising time.

You could call New Found Metals in Port Townsend. I just checked their site and there is no mention of hawsepipes, but they may have some ideas.
