New Member and new to me Marine Trader 34
I wanted to say hi to all. New member and most likely new owner of 1978 Marine Trader 34.
We are based on the Ohio river in Cincinnati and have long term plans for the loop. Not sure if this will be our loop boat, but it's our first trawler after having a Catalina 22 and 27 sailboats.

Welcome aboard. I have the equivalent of your vessel, just down-under we call them Clippers. Great little boats - well, not so little really. See also 'Taiwanese Makes' section in the owner groups at the bottom of the forum board.

You've bought the best boat possible! I also came from a Catalina 22 and I still miss her. The MT 34 has entirely different charms but you never forget your first.

Welcome Ray and Barb!
Bigger is not always, but sometimes could be, better... However, 34' can often be Just Perfect! Linda and I know that; as well as many others on TF do also.
You'll have great pleasure-boat enjoyments.
Happy PWR-Boat Daze! - Art
