Hallo All,

Our trader doors ars very hard to open/close

on inspection i found that the wheels under the door are broken
dus anny body now where to find replacements

there are 2 wheels in the bottom and 2 wheels on the top of the door
as a emergency repair i switch the top/bottom wheels so the door runs
a bit better.

Here in Belgium you find plenty but all of the wrong size

Take them off, go to a machine shop and have them make them for you out of Delrin, aluminum or brass. Shouldn’t be too expensive and wouldn’t be a bad idea to have spares built while your there if the price is right.

If you go for Delrin then get black. THe black will protect against the sunlight degradation of the delrin.
Nylon, black ,will also be a good material.
