I was a bit skeptical of this channel at first, I suspected he was biting off more than he could chew but Gus appears to be quite competent and resourceful.

What I find particularly interesting is comparing his exploits to the couple on "Trying Not To Sink", both channels are cruising on Hatteras Motor Yachts.

Lol, “Trying not to Sink” is like a wreck waiting to happen. Their recent voyage hasn’t started out to well either. There a crack up at times, the 8k exhaust hose was a good one, haha

"Trying Not to Sink" is more about bar-hopping your way up and down the ICW. I'm sure that's the goal for some, but not for me.

Agreed, I actually had written more but self-edited it down. I appreciate their honest portayal of missteps and lessons learned, but it is painful to watch, so I don't.
