Marinas in Lake Ponchartrain

Got to leave boat and wife for 2 weeks in Ponchartrain. Have tried ActiveCaptain for a suitable secure marina but not much luck.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Jon,Oak Harbour *in Slidell is probably your best bet. They keep 2 transient slips. Well marked entry just out of the Rigolets. Fixed piers, but most are in this area. Security on site and the piers are gated. Mark White should be the HM still. Good access to the ICW. Avoid the entry to Lake Ponchatrain from the Industrial Canal during anything above a slack tide if you choose to go that way.

I have a few days so will likely go as far west (Tchefuncta???)as I can then backtrack to Oak if I don't find anything further west.

I keep a slip up the Tchefuncta River more as a Hurricane Hole. Very nice area. Send me your phone # in a PM and I think I can help you locate a slip in that area.
