Please don't judge...the CAT manual says "fill to .5" of the bottom of the filler pipe.". My coolant tank has a "collar" like most do when you take the cap off and when you stick your finger in (my method for checking), there is a pipe from the top down to nearly a third of the tank. (slightly longer than my finger). Is that the filler pipe or is the "collar"? it seems like it would be quite low down there, the the collar does not seem like a PIPE.
