Northern Possibilities

I have been reading posts and contemplating getting into enjoying more time on the water. I am an avid fresh water boater and fisherman but have not spent extended periods living on a boat.

I have read numerous posts, browsed thru expedition pictures and even saw that crossing the Atlantic ocean for some organised groups is possible. It is all very fascinating. Newbie questions will be my initial foray into the Forum. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.
