Good evening to all and thank you for the vast amount of knowledge so openly shared on this site. My wife me I bought our first trawler five months ago. We both grew up with boats and have owned many over the years but this is our first trawler and our first ocean boat. Slow Ride is a CHB Sea Chief with a single 190hp Yanmar.
We read all the good advice about chartering several different boats before making a final decision but decided to skip that part and jump right in with darn near a total refit[emoji15]. We are five months in and still digging. We’ve touched every system in every nook and cranny of the boat and have learned a tremendous amount. I’ve followed post and advice from many of you,thank you. I realized I haven’t taken many photos.
