greetings all , i am new to all this and i am in the market to buy either a trawler or a sail boat . Im not completely in the dark but still dont know witch would be better for me so any advise or feedback from personal experiance would be grand and thanks,

Daniel, you have a major decision only you can make. Try writing down a list of the plus and minus features of a sailboat and a trawler, in terms of your intended use, and the answer may present. Much depends on your personal situation and what you want to do with the boat. A number of members owned sailboats before trawlers, someone may offer advice, but I think it`s really up to you.
If the decision is trawler, research the ones you like, and then maybe ask for advice.
