The “ windscreen” Of the command bridge on my new to me Jefferson 42 is badly discolored. I want to replace all the pieces with new material but am not sure which is the better product to avoid the UV discoloration again. Plexiglass or Lexan. If there is another product recommendation please let me know.

You want to use acrylic If possible. It is more UV stable and is less likely to scratch. Polycarbonate is more flexible and less likely to crack under impact but suffers from UV and easy to scratch. I have used both in the past depending on my priorities.

Depending on the material it may be able to be cleared up with an acetyline torch
Just acetyline, but its an art.
