Nice Seaworthy Cruiser, Make?

Anyone recognize this boat model? The pilothouse looks raised enough to potentially provide a decent 360 degree view. I tend to like flybridge sedans but this looks like it might be more seaworthy and have decent range.

Maybe a Cherubini or Hans Christian? Either way, I like!

Try Hans Christian.
 
Looks similar in design to a Helmsman. The Helmsman pilothouse is a bit lower, but there are similarities.
 
Look at OC Divers avatar. That what he has or darned similar.
 
Yes, either a Hans Christian or a Cherubini Independence. Hans Christian built them first and then the owner of the molds brought them back to the USA and they were built by Cherubini for a number of years. The Hans Christian is a 45' and Cherubini offered a 45' and a 50'.

They are a very nice coastal cruiser; fine for a trip to the Bahamas; definitely not a passage maker. Did the Great Loop with mine and felt very comfortable with it in Lake Superior. Not my choice for a trip from North Carolina to Bermuda.
