Inflatable leak

I have a bad leak in my Zodiac inflatable. The PVC has separated from the fiberglass hull. What glue/adhesive should I use to reattach . thank you

The one-part glue included in PVC repair kits is for temporary repairs. Use a 2-part PVC glue. I've used PolyMarine 3026 2-part PVC adhesive.

I always used Weaver cement for Hypalon, it was touted as the standard. I’ve not used their PVC product, but that’s where I would start myself.
