Looking for suggestions:
My Force 10 Stove has recently started act up. I get a solid 10-12 minutes of great flame and then the flame starts to die down and eventually dies out.

Initially, I thought I was out of propane so I replaced with a new tank (old tank had expired). I am still getting the same effect. I hold the knobs in for 20 seconds or so as the manual recommends.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Have you checked the regulator?
 
No. I am not even sure what that is. Is it close to the tank or closer to stove?
 
Good chance it's the regulator, especially if it's been exposed to freezing temps.
Big round thing, usually near the tank. Looks something like this:
