Any suggestions for the River Thames

Wifey B: Just wondering if others here have boated on the river. Have read many excellent sites but first hand experience is always helpful. We'll be going all the way to London on the river. Any sites we just shouldn't miss looking at? Going in we'll likely be in a bit of a time situation even though going slow due to needing to hit the marina in a narrow high tide window. Leaving we'll be a bit more flexible and can linger along the way.

I don't know but enjoy your journey. Years ago in my galley I had this:

I loved that curtain. It was actually a table cloth I had turned under an edge (sewn) to hang. I loved that it had England, the Thames River, Parliament and even a power boat! It brought me such joy.

I think they are talking about the Thames and London in the UK, not the one in Ontario.
