Unless you're in swells or high winds, the lifting weight of the windlass should be able to pull the boat to the anchor. It's no different than using the capstan to pull your boat using line. As long as you don't exceed the rating, keep your motor cool, and have adequate voltage and wire to the motor.
I have been pulling boats and ships to the anchor for a long time.
 
We've got the same boat and I consider it to be in the 20-23 thousand lb range. I look at my buddies Monk 36 and these boats are very similar in hull size, displacement etc. The plate on the Monk indicates 23,000 dry.
