We've been doing research into this, and we need to have a "representative person". There are companies, such Oceanskies, that will provide this service along with the submission of the registration forms.

Do most people use these commercial services? If so, which is the best to use? And is there another way to get a representative person that we just haven't come across yet??

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks. I've been in that website and found all the forms. Our issue is that we need to have a "representative person" as we cannot be there in person to complete the registration. We are wondering what most people do in this instance?

I did my own but as a resident didn’t require a rep. Lawyers are my best guess but I will poke around and see what others have done. Attorneys are very costly here so be careful. If I find anything I will let you know.
