A re-introduction. Connie and I were active here years ago, we owned the trawler "Mischief" series or 25 videos that that thousands learned to cruise with (and we learned a lot from them too). We sold the Mischief, moved to Alabama have a new email and everything else and now our "big boat" is the Mischief's alternate tender "Bye Pass" a 13 Dauntless. So this is a re-intro.
All that to say this: many looked for the Mischief after we sold it and we did too, the boat taught us a lot of life's lessons and we hoped it was in good hands, but gave up and assumed it had been parted out. In the past year it was found in a yard in Deale Maryland, partially gutted. It was bought by the 3rd set of buyers to look at it and while you're reading it is on its way to Kentucky for restoration. It will have a new name "First Light" - so the Final Voyage Of The Mischief really was the final voyage of the Mischief . . . but a happy ending for the old girl and we are very happy with the new owners and what they're doing.
