Ben and most of you will probably live to regret that he taught me to upload photos. Here is the Independence Day Celebration on the river front in Chattanooga.
The first shot is walking over the Walnut St. pedestrian bridge across the river.
The second shot is one of the boats tied up along the waterfront. There were many boats out in the river also.
The third shot is the crowd in Coolidge Park on the north side of the river
Coolidge Park is named for Charles Coolidge, a WWII Medal of Honor recipient and former neighbor of mine. Here is the park with the stage. The Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra did a 2 part concert. They backed the Dismembered Tennesseans, a good local blue grass band, and then did a series of patriotic music.
