40' Wet slip available? - Fort Pierce or south

Been looking for a few weeks, not much luck, anybody aware of a slip available from Feb 1 to March 1st in the area?

There are 2 empty slips next to me on Pier 6 at Dinner Key Marina in Miami.

Did you try the Fort Pierce city marina. While it's unlikely you would get on the floating docks, there might be space on the fixed docks.

By walking by, it appears that there may be 1 or 2 (40' slips) available at Soverel Marina, Palm Beach Gardens Fl. They were empty with no lines on pilings or cleats.
