    Autonomous marine travel

Nothing prevent this technology wise, what delays it is wide adoption like anything else. Like for cars, theoretically we could bring accident to 0 technology wise, but this is assuming all car would be equipped with compatible technologies what will take time. Look at how much time it took for...

    Aging

I guess there is no general way of aging. I will take the example of my grand mother and her familly. MOst of them were over 100 when they passed out and in pretty good shape. Her father went through 2 world wars and was battling in the trecnh during WWI and never got an health issue in his life...

    water dispensor

Why not to use a 5gal jug like for home water fountain and connect a small pump to it. You can toss it under a galley counter top or on the side, slip a hose in and connect a small faucet like for filtered water to the pump. Easy and cheap. L

+1, find the finest sawdust you can from the wood you want to fill, mix with your glue of choice to make a mastic and you are done. Epoxy is a bit more difficult to sand than other glues as harder so depending of where you use it some alternative like wood glue or even plastic cement will do. L

    Polyethylene tarp glue/cement

Shrink wrap tape would be my first test but depending on tarp type may not withstand for long. If it is the kind of tarp that are weaved they are not perfectly smooth like boat wrap. Duck tape does not resist to winter, I used it to cover cut end of a poly tarp and with out cold the tape glue...

    replace a gfci outlet

Typical gfci outlet are rated for 15 or 20 amps. If you look at the following chart: https://www.ancorproducts.com/en/Resources/Allowable-amperage-of-conductors ...you will see that an awg14, 2 conductor wire is rated for about 30 to 35 amp, so far enough for your outlet. Awg 10 would be a total...

    replace a gfci outlet

To my knowledge, and bare with me if I am wrong as I am not a surveyor, ABYC recommend usage of captive spade terminal. These are also called locking spade, captive fork and so on. Some have kind of upward bend at the end to retain the screw, some have a kind of hole in the middle (not an eye)...
