Getting ready for a haul out and plan to replace my Naiad 252 fin stabilizer shaft seals. These are the seals that keep the water out at the fin/hull location.
I was able to find one youtube video showing how the hydraulic pressure is applied to separate the fin from the shaft.
My question is how much should I plan to spend (approximately) to have the seals replaced? I believe there is more than one on each side.
Just planning budget:).
Obviously prices vary but just trying to get a ball park.
Thanks everyone for any input!!

It cost me $1500 to have them both done 2 years ago.

The $1500 number sounds right from my recollection, also done two years ago. All that was changed was the seals and torque lock washers. A yard with the right gear pops the fins off very quickly. After that it’s a one man job until refitting. Again the refit is relatively quick.
