Yacht Controller, Dockmate

Has anyone installed Yacht Controller on a boat with Proportional Thrusters?
It has been two months and still no luck in getting it to work.
The YC people in Florida don't seem to know how to solve the problem.
Any experience with Dockmate in a Proportional Thruster install?

I have a dockmate but not proportional thrusters, just on/off.
The dockmate and yacht controller are two different 'animals'.
What brand of thrusters do you have?
