Surprised this has not sold. I have one of these excellent synchronizers and would not want to be without it. Pretty much bullet-proof design. Condition and price look good too.

Thanks for your remarks. I share your analysis and opinion; especially after talking with two field tech reps about their experience and observations and the years of flawless performance we enjoyed with it.

The only reason we switched to electronic controls was the issue we had with one of the cables from the flybridge, unrelated to the synchro.. It made 8 difficult and sharp turns to reach the holy place and after many tries, no solution was successful enough. Otherwise, there was no need to spend the money on electronics over the versatile, single lever control we already enjoyed.

Mine has been in use for 40 or so years - understand it was original equipment on Vikings of the period. Terrific unit, bulletproof, and hasn't changed much if at all to the present.
