After all this year ashore probabely the rust blok the " mèche" in the " tube de jaumiere " we had this problem with our sec
ond boat, the ruder was very very firm...finaly cut the tube, put à New one with bearing after that we can move with 2 finger ( not hydraulic and no wheel )If remember on Tangier the hydraulic moment done by the wheel was " amplified" by an hydraulic située starboard in lazaret
