That Gulfstar is a whole lot of space, but what a change in behavior. Unlike the cat, a Gulfstar does tend to roll a bit. Welcome to the forum.

...it will be quite a transition from a 42' Robertson Caine, Leopard sailing catamaran to this Gulfstar. So far so good sitting here in the marina, LOL! I am sure you are right about having to get used to a lot of new experiences, but, its an adventure!

Greetings!

I am new here too, and I have been seriously considering a Gulfstar 44MC also. Which one did you buy?

Regards

Mike

Riverside/Mike....we bought Snow Goose in Fort Pierce, 1979 was listed by Stuart Yacht Sales.

Victor Chat ....yes, we jumped on the Gulfstar FB page.

Good for you!. I had my eye on that boat for a while, but just wasn't ready to pull the trigger.

I think you got a heckuva good deal. Glad to hear you made it home safe with no troubles.

Riverside - Mike....we are very pleased with the vessel, the deal and the folks we dealt with. All the way home...."I love this boat"... was spoken by both of us...many, many times.

Welcome aboard. Does your dog shed hair as much as an Akita? My son has an Akita but no boat. If he had a boat he would be doing a lot of air filter cleaning and the dog might even be a safety issue with clogged air filters on the motor and heating Sx..

...the Shiba blows her coat twice a year...we brush her hard for a week or two, then all better. We certainly are watching the filters, washed some, replaced a/c's.. keeping an eye on things.
