New to Trawler Forum

Hello to all,
Just wanting to say how much I appreciate all who share their knowledge and experiences. My husband and I are looking at a 49' Pilothouse trawler and wanting to live aboard in the near future. Our budget is limited and we are wanting to make sure we know all the pros and cons before we jump. Researching has lead me to this forum... so thanks again.

Hi Mstrawler,
I am just south of Memphis, but I lived near the AL Gulf Coast for about ten years. I also am looking for a trawler as a liveaboard within the next 5 years. I may buy sooner and have time to get used to it on weekends and get accustomed to normal fix it up duties. Good Luck in your search. Richard
