They need to bring over contractors from Las Vegas, they’re amazingly fast. Anyone who’s spent time in Memphis will realize it will take a decade(s) to repair that bridge using local talent.

Mr. M. I was unaware that this was Biden's plan. I have no dog in this fight. I was simply commenting that the Chinese "Get 'er done". Perhaps the Las Vegas Crew are equally adept.


I've also see sections of highway or other infrastructure projects take years to be accomplished or refurbished.
