Instrument bulbs

On a 2005 Nordic Tug 37, some of the instrument lights have burned out. What is the easiest way to access the back of the instrument panel to get access to these light bulbs?

I had an NT32 and the whole console pivoted out by releasing 2 latches on either side. Apparently they did something different on your model. Should be an NT37 owner along shortly to post a solution for you.
