Hello,
Took the plunge to a 78 Thompson Offshore 34 after Sally took the sailboat. Just getting started. I have to navigate the Alabama river south of Selma to get home to Pensacola. Anyone out there have documentation on the Thompson 34. I know it's been a long time and some paper does not last. Just trying to piece the history together.
Thanks

Welcome. Glad you decided to leave the dark side!
Gary, also in Pensacola

Welcome aboard. We used to live in Milton back in the early 70s.

Also transitioning from snailboat to trawler. I'm thinking of naming it Epiphany.

Glad to have you here on the "dark side'" We have cookies! Are you all set for your transit to P'cola; I am pretty familiar with the run.

I used to explain to people that a trawler is much like a sailboat except a trawler can travel in straight lines!! Though with hindsight seems to me the blowboaters that i know sped just as much time running on diesel power as using God's engine!!
