When I lived in Edmonds, I had a mattress from Seattle Mattress, I liked it. They had a factory in Shoreline at the time.

They cut and re-covered a mattress for us on our last boat. It was a while ago but hey did a great job.

In Marysville you have Slumber Ease Mattress Factory. I have had several made for both home and the boat. Usually pretty fast service.
