Any reviews on the service contemplating using it on a purchase we are working on. Thanks TF folks for the input. I said just send the deposit I know where they live but it’s a “modern world” the wife says lol

any links to them and rates as all of them I looked into seemed rather expensive for a lower end transaction as this is not our sold the farm forever boat just a little fales.

I'll second ASAP. We used them for escrow and as doc agent on our last purchase (from a private party). They handled funds receipt and distribution (via wire transfers) as well as USG paperwork. We split the cost with the seller.
