With the Nordhavn’s that carry the tender on the bow, is access as difficult or dangerous (falling off the ladder) as it looks? How is this handled? (Everything else looks great, except maybe handling dock lines but the tender seems the biggest issue).

I can see your concerns there.
Is the crane strong enough to lift the dingy with a person in it?
Possibly an extending boom crane to drop the dingy closer to the lower side deck. Even if not an option I'd rather line the dingy back than ascend/descend that ladder.
