Would like to sand my teak decks but first I need to bring the level of caulking even with the wood. Having said that what is the best tool for cutting the caulk down. Small razor blades, or ?

I have used a multi-tool sanding pad (80-100 grit) to knock down the high caulk areas. Be sure to keep the sanding face flat to the surface to avoid taking off unnecessary teak wood in the process. Keep a shop vac handy to suck up the debris. Good luck.

Yet another application for the trusty 1" scraper.

I have used the scraper on the Fein multimaster.
Very efficient.

A steady hand with a quality would chisel, then sanding the remainder.

I was told not to Sand too much on the teak as you will polish it and varnish will not stick to it. Don't ask why I know this.

I had the same problem, caulking raised up all over the boat. This is caused by aggressive brush action with the grain. My boat yard used a tool like Alguires is showing us but it had a radiused blade. Worked great and didn't gouge the teak. Decks were then sanded.
