head faucet replacement on a 390

Can not understand how to get to the faucet in the head of my 390, Only the sink itself blocks my view. It seems that the entire sink top area is all one piece, Has anyone done this replacement? There are no drawers, just two doors.
 
Long 1/4" Deep socket with extension I think it is 12mm same faucet as galley faucet, I am changing Head in spring

Yeah, that odd shaped plate that you can see in Cartouche's pic is held on by a bolt in the center, I've never seen another faucet like that. When i replaced the faucet on my 400 I used a standard household faucet and cut a starboard plate to cover the inside of the hole.
