leak at tub spout

Has anyone had any luck repairing this type of tub valve? does anybody recognize the spout that can share manufacturer or parts # to the washer or ? the tub spout leaks out of the back of the diverter when the tub water is on. leaks at both when shower mode is on or off. constant leak when the water is on .

It must be 15 to 20 years ago that I replaced both of the tub faucets in my boat. They looked a lot like yours.
I found this vendor:

I liked their products enough to replace all of the faucets on the boat with their stuff, then everything in my house.

Jleonard had the answer to the washers you need for the on/off handles....

not sure about the actual spout.

I gave up and replaced it with a modern shower mixer as my chrome was trashed anyhow.

A replacement will last longest if it has ceramic valves instead of rubber washers.

These work with very hard water or after drying out multiple times.

I took it to my go to plumbing house to see if they could set me up with replacement washers. Tom the owner of the place couldn’t help me. That was the first time I have seen him stumped in 20 Years that I have found his shop. I finally ended up simply taking it apart and cleaning the moving parts. Greased it up . Put in new washers that were as close to originals as I could find and so far so good . It’s working fine for now. Keeping my fingers crossed. Lol. Good luck with yours
