Hello from a newbie

I am a former boater and about to get back in the game..Had a 48ft North Sea Trawler and really miss it.
I am considering a 1981Hershine 41ft that needs lots of work. Eventually the plan is to live aboard. In the meantime I am trying to locate any manuals, specifically any electrical layouts...

Welcome, I too am a newbie as of just this week. Story sounds familiar, I am just recently retired and am looking to get back into cruising after a 30 year absence. Kids now grown, work life over and now my turn.
Doing the loop is on my bucket list, I am in Ontario and am starting the research to see what might be best, my wish list currently is a 49 or 53 Defever but that could change as I get recommendations. All the best.
