I've sold commercial food service equipment for 30 years and this is the best I have owned. Routinely cook a feast for 9-12 people on ours.

We purchased a small Magma last spring. Also purchase the griddle for it. Two things we learned.
Always use low heat.
We used the griddle for everything. No grease or fat to the burner = no smoke. Bonus - easy clean.

Best grill ever. It is infrared and cooks quickly without burning and uses VERY little fuel. You will be shocked at how good it is compared to the usual propane bbq’s. You can buy it direct from Solaire or contact them for a dealer near you.
