Seeing those, it does still have a good bit of transom in the water, but it looks like there's some rocker, or at least an upward angle to the bottom leading to the transom. You could maybe get it above hull speed with enough power, but I don't think it would ever plane. Definitely not the slowest FD hull out there, but it doesn't look much faster to me than say, a Nordhavn.
