I was wondering if anyone knows how to wire in the sleipner SLEIPNER SIDE POWER RC-23E remote control system into a vetus stern and bow thruster and a lofrans windlass.

Yes and no but will offer a suggestion that might help.
I found that when I wired my remote in although the unit is a simple plug-n-play with the SidePower thrusters & controls their suggestion for location relative to VHF required an extension cord to reach. SidePower sells an extension cord that was more than twice as long as needed. They also sell the mating plugs so you can DIY an extension.
I bought one cord and the extra plugs so I could make 2 shorter cords.
You would have to find plugs to match your control and should be able to make an adapter / extension cord to mate the SidePower remote to your manual control.
You would need to find / request the wiring color code from your thruster/ controller and the SidePower code to make the match up work.
I really like my remote for docking & locking situations where I want / need to be out handling lines.
I didn't trust the plastic lanyard snap connector and epoxies mine to get her to prevent posing it overboard.
