I haven’t been able to log in to the Vesper Cortex Monitor App for a couple of months now. Wondering if any Cortex owners have experienced this. Garmin, who now owns Vesper, is of no help. My email exchange with them is a joke. The person I’m communicating with asks questions like “how do you log in? and what do you see on the screen?” Then will say something like “I will forward this to the engineers”. Days go by with no response and I send a follow up. Then comes a response but the same questions are repeated phrased differently as if I’m communicating with a machine. And this cycle continues as I send a follow up hoping for a better answer. This customer service is quite the opposite of what it was with Vesper.

The AIS and VHF part of the unit is working well but the vessel monitoring part was nice to have.
