South Carolina marinas for livaboard

Looking to relocate boat (Bayliner 4788 Pilot House) TO South Carolina for the winter 2019-2020 from Kent Narrows, Maryland. Will be a livaboard most of the time. Any suggestions?

Myrtle Beach. Nine or ten marinas to choose from. Most marinas are either fresh or brackish water. County doesn't impose property taxes unless boat is there more than 180 days. A few winter nights will be below freezing, but water doesn't freeze, and the boat doesn't need to be winterized.

We stayed aboard in Charleston last winter, decent weather, nice town. We were at Ashley and they have a liveaboard time limit (no more than 3 months, IIRC), so that might not work... but the Megadock is just next door and might be suitable, and there are other marinas in the area.

Osprey Marina in "Myrtle Beach" is very pleasant and cost-friendly, nice folks... but it's sorta out in the boonies, not immediately near Myrtle Beach proper. Still, with a car, it could be a great place...

South River, Chesapeake Bay
