Stainless Steel Rail Flagstaff source

I am having trouble finding a 1-1/4 stainless rail mount burgee flagstaff. We have seen the ones with the plastic mount on the bottom, but they never stay put. I would like the all stainless clamp style, anyone know of a source?
The largest size I have found is 7/8.

That may work, only concern is the Pulpit rail is curved a bit.

The only ones I've seen that don't appear to need a straight section of rail (same story on my pulpit) only go up to 1 inch, unfortunately. Taylormade makes the 960 mount for 1" rails (which I just ordered one of for my boat), but I don't know if you'd be able to make it work on larger rails.
