Redoing teak,epoxy, urethane, paint?

What happens when after thorough cleaning when you use just quality teak oil? Does the graying still come back? I don’t want to do varnish. Please help.

If you oil the teak often enough, it'll stay nice. Depending on how many times the teak has been oiled and your climate, that could mean doing it twice a season, or it could be every 3 - 4 weeks.

I was put onto this by a 40 year shipyard vet. I've never seen anyone else recommend it. A two step oil first, harder cover second.
