That boat is now built as a Helmsman 37, with a few differences. You might find additional information searching for that as well. One member here has one on order.
I think you will find it’s a good design. Side decks. The sistership Helmsman 38 has no side decks but gains that space in the cabin. There is a long and active thread on Helmsman here that may be useful to you.

We have a Mariner 37 Seville (which became the Helmsman 38 when Scott bought the company back in 2009ish). I am thoroughly impressed with the quality workmanship and solid construction. Guessing the 35 carries those same traits.
