Good grief!!! I was always under the impression that the sun forever shone on Tollycraft. Progressive senility, perhaps?

Apparently the Admiral has stipulated the selling of one of the fleet before acquiring the Hatteras. One has to wonder if Art has convinced the Admiral that they have equal annual operating budgets?
