Looking for a good / fair / honest (NAMS?) surveyor near Warwick RI who isn't in Florida at the moment, or afraid to go out in the cold. Any ideas?

I think traditionally Bart is in Florida by now, but this isn't a traditional year. He did a pretty good job on our boat.
