There once was a gal from Anheiser who thought that no man could surprise her,
Pabst took a chance but he Schlitzed in his pants and now he is sadder Budweiser.
Sorry, couldn’t resist.

Finally, someone making some sense around here.

And people though anchors were worth the same venomous discussion.... :D

I can add something that will seem very strange I think. I am almost 70 years old and have never drunk a beer or a coffee.

Curious, what is your favorite drink?

50% of taste comes from smell, so you wouldn`t like the taste of coffee either. Not that you`d try it after 70 years abstinence. I`d miss coffee way more than beer.

Another option is tea,in many varieties, "the cup that cheers but inebriates not".

Coffee, tea, beer, wine, spirits, lemonaide, arnold palmers, water. All good by me, I'm easy - :)

Talk about thread drift! It's a rare day that I don't have a coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening. Having recently re-gained my sense of smell after many years, I'm liking beer more, and coffee less. Both used to be mostly tasteless.
